  I gave this court a five-star rating because the clerks/officers from the court are very professional, polite, and patient every time I talk to them over the phone. Jackie, the lady who picks up the phone calls every time, with a slow, gentle and clear voice, addresses issue very precisely and calmly. When I ask more questions or repeat questions in order to make sure I understand correctly due to lingual deficiency, she always answers them without any push. As a result, I am able to realize the issue by hearing all the information I need to know. Other officers/ judges are also very considerate. When I mailed the court the special trial date request due to my upcoming traveling to China. They agreed and set up the date because I travel. Even though I had a bad experience with the police officer in the same city, I feel ok because the court makes me repeat the law even more and I believe they have justice in their mind.
